Vivian Strong Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Since 2024, we have raised over $39,000 to fund Ewing Sarcoma research:

Our Impact
Vivian Strong Foundation was established in memory of our daughter, Vivian Seay.
In May 2023, at fifteen, Vivian was diagnosed with metastatic Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer. Vivian fought for barely ten months before passing away on February 7, 2024.
Ewing Sarcoma is an aggressive form of bone cancer that typically affects children and young adults. Sarcomas and childhood cancers are both significantly underfunded by the federal government. Treatment for Ewing Sarcoma hasn’t changed in nearly 40 years. We want to live in a world where no family experiences the loss of a loved one to Ewing Sarcoma.

Beyond the Battle Walk
Early February
Each year as we celebrate Vivian’s passing day of February 7, we gather at her beloved high school to walk or run laps, raise money and spread awareness about Ewing Sarcoma.

Stick Strong with Viv
Early Spring
To honor Vivian’s love of both playing and coaching lacrosse, we host a girls youth lacrosse clinic each spring to help prepare girls in grades K-8 for the upcoming lacrosse season!

Hope on Tap
Early Fall
We partner with a local draft garden for a family friendly afternoon & evening of craft brews, delicious food, live music, a silent auction, beer & wine pulls, cornhole tournament and more!
Bracelets for Viv

Vivian’s little sister, Naomi, honors her sister by creating and selling handmade bracelets! What started as simple clay bead friendship bracelets has expanded to include glass and pony bead bracelets, keychains, and more!
